At times of difficulty or loss, issues of a spiritual nature often arise. The Spiritual Care Worker provides support to patients and family members with respect to matters of spiritual comfort, meaning, bereavement and faith. Spiritual Care at VGH offers access to representatives of a wide range of religious communities in order to match the spiritual preferences of our patients.
