Our Clinical Pharmacist is involved in patient care activities which include:

• Assessing patient medications by reviewing the patient chart, labwork, drug levels, etc.
• Communicating with patients to ensure that their medications are effective and safe when necessary.
• On request for patient counseling, provide medication calendars and written pamphlets to help the patient comply with discharge medication regimen.
• Interacting with Burn, Plastic & Trauma Unit Teams during Rounds to solve problems and provide drug information.
